Florida Chapter
“The mission of the Mindfulness in Law Society is to enhance well-being in the legal profession by educating legal professionals about the benefits of mindfulness meditation, yoga, and other contemplative practices.”
The Florida Chapter of MILS was formed in August 2022 and was created with the intention of creating community, sharing the benefits of mindfulness, and fostering well-being with each individual associated with the legal profession around the state. When we engage in contemplative practices such as yoga, mindfulness meditation, among others, we are signaling to our mind, body, and spirit that we can exhale and create stillness within despite all that is happening around us.
May you feel welcome and may you join us to practice mindfulness!
