MILS is proud to join the Institute for Well-Being In Law and the legal community to celebrate Well-Being Week In Law. We encourage you to join the activities below to come together to practice and support your well-being. In addition to these offerings, MILS will be offering our weekly Mindful Monday practice at 3pm (CLICK HERE TO JOIN) and Wakeful Wednesday practice at 5pm (CLICK HERE TO JOIN).

Kick-off each morning of Well-Being Week in Law with a mindfulness practice and discussion of the daily theme for WWIL.

Monday, May 2 Stay Strong/Physical Well-Being:
Courtney will lead a MBSR body scan practice for enhancing body awareness and relaxation.
Tuesday, May 3 Align/Spiritual Well-Being:
With mindfulness of breath, Maria will guide you in a meditation to align you with your highest self and core values.
Wednesday, May 4 Engage & Grow/Career & Intellectual Well-Being:
Join Courtney for a mindfulness practice designed to cultivate stability and encourage growth.
Thursday, May 5 Connect/Social Well-Being:
Take 30 minutes to connect with your own good heart in a mindful self-compassion meditation with Maria.
Friday, May 6 Feel Well/Emotional Well-Being:
Qi Gong practice with Courtney for mindful movement and balancing emotional energy.

The New England Chapter is honored to co-sponsor activities hosted by the MA SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being, which all MILS members and friends are invited to join.
